ToWanZa Wakesurfing offers FREE SHIPPING on all Wakesurf Boards to the continental United States.

Quick Reference: 

• ToWanZa ships internationally once per week.
• We cannot ship any wakesurf board via USPS to Canada.

ToWanZa uses no exclusive shipping provider. ToWanZa uses UPS, FedEx and USPS as primary carriers. Often items will ship Warehouse Direct (Commonly referred to as "Drop Shipping") and items will not come from ToWanZa. Based on that, shipping is usually quicker however can create returning items complex. Depending on details of your return, damages or desire you may have to work with ToWanZa on return labels and schedule your own pickup or drop off. This can be coordinated by calling or emailing us our responding to the messenger within your order.

During your order process you will receive communication from the administration team as your order ships and tracking becomes available. You will be able to read responses and check status with the shipping carrier as well as ToWanZa within your order.

Canadian Shipping:

ToWanZa ships to Canada every week.  The check out process requires you to check-out with a US address.  For your Province, use the state of Alabama.  You will need to provide your real address in the comments of the checkout, your address will be validated against your credit card.  You will receive a second check-out link with your actual shipping charges.  If there is any shipping charges on your original bill, they will be applied as a deposit.
