Dear Towanza,
Just dropping you a line to tell you how awesome your customer service is.  I had previously boguht several small items from you and was very pleased.  Last year, when I put in my preorder for my James Walker Flyboy board I was super inmpressed.  They did not have an exact ship date, but I was informed on the status update almost daily!  When it came in, I was getting ready for a big trip and really wanted to take it with me.  Todd had it overnighted to me and the board made the trip!  That's why I will always buy from you, and why I preordered by new Inland Surfer James Walker Fly Boy!  Cannot even wait to unwrap that bad boy!
